Hand forged from 80CrV2 High Carbon Steel

The blade on this knife has a rustic, forged texture and a stonewashed finish, darkening the steel and giving a subtle random scratch pattern, unique to each piece.  Not only looking great, it actually aids in disguising small scratches picked up during use!

The handle scales are made from Turkish Walnut.  A slim grip that is smooth and comfortable in the hand.  The scales are intentionally under-sized which leaves a border of steel exposed around the outside, which outlines the handle

Could happily be used in the kitchen as a pairing knife for meal prep, or it also make a great steak or general purpose knife
