Hand forged high-carbon steel cooking knife, with a texture made with a cross-pein hammer at the anvil while the blade was hot, leaving horizontal marks and a unique look

Clip point tip kind of inspired by japanese Kiritsuke knives, makes it very pointy as you can see :D

The handle is light and smooth.  Brass up front and sycamore wood for the actual handle itself.

Iron haggis stamp came out nice on this one!
